We are pleased to announce the appointment of New Specialist Head for the National Centre for Organic Agriculture. With a proven track record of success and a wealth of experience in the field of Agriculture, Mr. Kailash Pradhan brings a fresh perspective and dynamic leadership to our team.

1. He started his career as an Agriculture Lecturer at Natural Resources Training Institute (NRTI) in 1993 for two years.
2. Following that he served as the Dzongkhag Agriculture Officer (DAO) at Punakha and Tashigang Dzongkhags in 1995 and 1998 respectively.
3. In 2000, he served as the Field Crops Program Coordinator under Department of Research and Development Services (DRDS)
4. After that he worked as the Program Officer under the Council for RNR of Bhutan (CORRB) until 2016 and then served under the Department of Agriculture for one year.
5. In 2017, he was the Program Officer for the Technical Support Service Program (TSS) under Agriculture Research and Development Centre-Yusipang.
6. In 2018, the Centre was assigned the national mandate to coordinate and lead the Organic Agriculture research and development programs where he looked after the National Organic Program (Now โPolicy Regulation and Coordination Programโ) as the Program Officer.
We believe that his visionary approach, strategic thinking, and exceptional management skills will not only uphold the agency’s reputation but also drive it to new heights. We are confident that under his guidance, our agency will continue to excel in delivering top-notch services and achieving our mission.
